Resources exploitation
Bidders and Tenderers are allocated Client Accounts when and where they are likely expected to generate regular propositions for bids and tenders against an annual fee commensurate with the anticipated level of service requests. Once applicable, bids and tenders that require a Deposit Fee paid by the Bidder or Tender, an agreement must be reached as to whether those fees must be paid to Lyscale Riskgrade or direct to the Commissioners. In any case, a percentage of a Deposit Fee is retained by Lyscale Riskgrade as well as the annual fee paid for using this platform by the Commissioners. A small handling fee is charged to Bidders and Tenders for administrative charges. Commissioners can then retrieve all tenders and bids formulated by prospective organizations and make their final decision. Such decision can be posted in the platform by Lyscale Riskgrade in view of exhibiting transparency and high ethics.
