External Subscribers

These are corporates, organisations, institutions, governments and individuals willing to use Lyscale Riskgrade services, products and methodologies on a Licence basis. The Working Relationship is ths context entails:

• The use and the exploitation of Platforms, Modules and Applications on an adhoc or pre-defined basis either via live web-based-applications in an interactive fashion. It requires Lyscale Riskgrade explicit authorisation and acceptance of the terms and conditions of use of Lyscale Riskgrade System in full, without selective convenience. In exceptional circumstances, Lyscale Riskgrade may accept to conform to granting specific Exceptional Terms and Conditions (ETAC) to designated Third-Parties License Holders such as governments, multilateral development agencies and selected regulators on a time-limited license basis only. 
• The use and the exploitation of the overall deployment of the system so as to enable technical, professional and expertly-led prerogatives in decision-making. This strand of such use is made explicitly in accordance with the full knowledge and acceptance of Lyscale Riskgrade disclaimers and Terms and Conditons of Use and all privacy and regulatory disclosures contained within such Legal Information as exhibited in all our literature, website and all other means of communications. No responsibility is endorsed, nor any liability is recognized by Lyscale Riskgrade before, during and after the conduct of these prerogatives, duties and decision-making exercises. In using Lyscale Riskgrade System, subscribers accept these Terms and Condtions explictly, without restrcitions, at all times.

Internal Subscribers

This category of clientele is granted exclusively on an Invitation-Only Basis by Lyscale Riskgrade after a comprehensive assessment of the entity in question. These are corporates, organisations, institutions, government bodies and academics willing to use and to contribute to Lyscale Riskgrade services, products and methodologies on an Individual, corporate or institutional Licence Basis. The Working Relationship is such context entails:

• The use and the exploitation of Platforms, Modules and Applications on an adhoc or pre-defined basis either via live web-based-applications in an interactive fashion. It requires Lyscale Riskgrade explicit authorisation and acceptance of the terms and conditions of use of Lyscale Riskgrade System in full, without selective convenience. • NOTE: This type of subscription is conducted by invitation only as of now.

Subscribers Communications

Lyscale Riskgrade operates an open communication mean with all its subscribers. In preference, all subscription queries are welcomed in writing but telephone queries are accepted provided subscribers accept that all oral communications within Lyscale Riskgrade may be recorded and monitored for the purpose of security, crime-prevention, fraud-prevention and detection and for the purpose of keeping records of all internal guidelines on our ethics, high-standard, moral probity, impartiality and independence. All external and internal emails are kept in files with remote back-up files for a number of years as permitled by the Law and Regulations enacted in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Subscribers Fees

Fees are billed on a yearly basis for all corporate, institutional and government accounts including Third-party Licence Holder's Fees. Such fees are normally paid in advance and in full before services, products and methodologies are deployed. In exceptional circumstances, Lyscale Riskgrade may agree to allow facilitation of fees disbursments on a monthly or quarterly basis. In such case, a substantial fraction of the total annual fees may be required as down-payment at the start of deployment. Fees are not refundable under any circumstances except in situations where we commonly agree that there was a reason to believe that the level of Service Agreement Provision has been breached either directly or indirectly by our fault. Under such explicit recognition, Lyscale Riskgrade will reimburse the portion affected by the alleged dysfunctional occurence without prejudice and without affecting the subscriber's statutory rights. Once we have reasons to believe that a subscriber has not been reasonable in claiming such reimbursement, we reserve the right to end all provisions of our services, products and methodologies to the said subscriber. Such decisions are not negotiable and are final.

Fees are subject to change without notice. However, Lyscale Riskgrade ensures that all such changes are circulated to subscribers well in advance, notably 30 days before being effected.
