NON-CORPORATE CORPORATE PRACTITIONERS MULTILATERAL AGENCIES GOVERNMENTS & REGULATORS
NON-CORPORATE This type of subscription is eligible on External and Internal Categories of Subscribers. Internal Subscribers are Invited Professionals and Academics (IPAs) only. When IPAs are invited to join Lyscale Riskgrade, we elect to provide an Authorization Code in view of allowing electronic Log-In at reduced fees or in exceptional circumstances free of charge. External Non-Corporate Subscribers pay the fees in full, per annum before access is granted onto the system. All payments are accepted in UK Pound Sterling within the UK. Outside the UK, equivalent transactions are translated either in US Dollar, in EURO or in Yen according to the daily exchange rate in force.
CORPORATE This type of subscription is eligible on External and Internal Categories of Subscribers. Internal Subscribers are Corporate Entities Invited or Applying to the Lyscale Riskgrade's Inclusion Register for the purpose of Risk Audit or any other Risk Product Suites open to External Inclusion. Fixed fees are applicable for such Inclusion and are made available to the Corporate Entity on acceptance by the Lyscale Riskgrade's Board of Directors under a Special Resolution published in full under the INCLUSION REGISTER page. All fees are payable in full, per annum and in advance before access is granted onto the system. All payments are accepted in UK Pound Sterling within the UK. Outside the UK, equivalent transactions are translated either in US Dollar, in EURO or in Yen according to the daily exchange rate in force.
PRACTITIONERS This type of Subscription is eligible on External Category of Subscription only. Full fees are applicable to this category and IPAs status is not available for this type of Subscription. Pratitioners can take advantage of Multiple-Station Discount (MSD) if and when subscribing within the same organization or company. Organizations or companies requiring more than 10+ Stations; 100+ Stations; 300+ Stations and 500+ Stations capture substantial MSD consistent with the incremental demands put forward. All fees are payable in full, per annum and in advance before access is granted onto the system. In exceptional circumstances and depending on the demand expressed by the organization or company, Lyscale Riskgrade may agree to provide flexible payment facilities such as Monthly or Quarterly Standing Orders. When such facility is granted, we may require a substantial down-payment before access is granted. This Special Payment Measure may be discontinued if and when we have reason to believe that payment is not sustained in a timely and diligent manner. MULTILATERAL AGENCIES This type of Subscription is eligible on External and Internal Categories of Subscribers. It is called Institutional Subscription. It has no limit in terms of the number of Stations Allowable and it is not subject to access limit. However, an Insitutional Subscription (i.e. World Bank, IMF, US Federal Reserve, Bank of England, European Central Bank, Bank for International Settlements, OECD, etc...) must apply for a Non-Exclusive Third-Party Licence before access is granted. Lyscale Riskgrade reserves the right to refuse an application for such Licence at any time without citing any reasons for doing so. All fees are payable in full, per annum and in advance before access is granted onto the system. In exceptional circumstances and depending on the demand expressed by the Licence Holder, Lyscale Riskgrade may agree to provide flexible payment facilities such as Monthly or Quarterly Standing Orders. When such facility is granted, we may require a substantial down-payment before access is granted. GOVERNMENTS & REGULATORS This type of Subscription is eligible on External and Internal Categories of Subscribers. It is called Sovereign Subscription. It has no limit in terms of the number of Stations Allowable and it is not subject to access limit. However, a Sovereign Subscription (i.e. US Government; UK Government; France, Germany; Japan; China; US Securities and Exchange Commission; UK Financial Services Authority; European Union, ASEAN, The African Union, etc...) must apply for a Non-Exclusive Third-Party Licence before access is granted. Lyscale Riskgrade reserves the right to refuse an application for such Licence at any time without citing any reasons for doing so. All fees are payable in full, per annum and in advance before access is granted onto the system.
